DH-83 Fox Moth. One of only two in NZ. The other is stored in the museum at Wanaka. The Fox Moth is still owned by the Croydon Aviation Heritage Trust and hasn't been sold or offered for sale. The numbers airworthy worldwide would be somewhere near 6 - 8 with two in NZ (two nearing restoration end, one of which is with us), two (?) in Australia, two (?) in the UK and possibly one or two elsewhere around the world. Information from Ryan Southam, the Chief Pilot for the Croydon Aircraft Company in Mandeville New Zealand.
